What's the difference between a sash and a stole?
In regards to graduation sashes and stoles, technically nothing. They are essentially 2 different words that refer to the same thing.
How do I order?
Click on Graduation Sash at the top. From there you can customize and order as many sashes as you'd like!
Is everything embroidered?
Yes! All the text you select and customized logos you select for your sash are embroidered. We don't do any cheap heat transfers or stick-ons. We also close up the back of the sash so it looks nice and clean on both sides!
What are the measurements of your graduation stoles?
Our graduation stoles and sashes measure approximately 70" in total length and 4.75" in width.
Is my sash going to be the very exact color I see on my monitor?
We try our best to match the colors of all our threads and fabrics to what is displayed on your screen. Please understand though that because monitors are configured differently, the color of what you see on your monitor vs the actual fabric may be slightly different. In addition, we'll try our best to align and center all embroidery so that it looks the best for you too!
I added more than my Greek letters, why can't I see it on the flash application?
At the moment, we only display Greek letters visually. At the bottom of each sash you customize, you can see the customization options you selected. As long as they are listed there, rest assured your final sash will have those! If you are using a Mac, you may see standard letters (i.e. Y instead of the Psi). Rest assured, your order will still be correct!
Do we ship internationally?
At the moment, we do not ship internationally.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We are equipped to securely process orders via Google Checkout and PayPal. Both services accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Do we accept checks or C.O.D.?
As of this moment, we do not accept any type of checks, but soon, check services will be accepted.Sorry, we do not accept cash on delivery.
Do we charge taxes on our orders?
Yes, all orders shipped to addresses in California are subject to a sales tax.When should I expect my order to arrive?
The estimate turnaround time for orders to be manufactured and delivered varies depending on the type and quantity of the order. For Individual and Small Group orders, the standard turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. For orders larger than 30 sashes, standard turnaround time is 4 to 6 weeks. If you are placing an order with a custom logo, your order may take a little longer.
What should I put in for due date?
Most of our customers like to select the day of their graduation or commencement ceremony. Please allow us 2-4 weeks for delivery. If this is a rush order, please contact us before ordering.
