It&#8217;s forecasted that generation Y will change jobs <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;q=average+time+our+generation+stays+at+a+job\">20 times<\/a> during their life.
