For those on the quarter system, it’s either dead week or finals week!
\nHere’s some last minute tips on studying<\/strike><\/a> cramming for those pesky exams courtesy of DegreeDictionary.com<\/em>. From this list we think #4 is probably one of the most important.<\/p>\n

4. Your Plan of Attack<\/strong>
\nComing up with some sort of game plan before you get started will save valuable time. To start, decide what study techniques you’ll be employing and what you’ll need to accomplish your goal. Then, make a schedule or a to-do list to help you execute your plan in a timely manner. (degreedictionary.com)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Another great study tip that was not listed here is to listen to classical or electronic music<\/h2>\n

Load up your iPod or your favorite Music Discovery site (whether it’s Pandora<\/a> or Last.fm<\/a>) and find some music! Our suggestion is to avoid songs with lyrics or else you’ll find yourself singing along. The great thing about Pandora and Last.fm is that you don’t know what song is coming up next, so it keeps it a little more lively than say an old playlist of your music from high school.<\/p>\n

Lastly, if you have a powerpoint presentation to do for your finals, check out this 10\/20\/30 Rule of Powerpoint<\/a>.\u00a0 It’s very interesting and it done right you can probably stand out from the other students.
