Shipping & Returns and Rush Order Information

USPS Shipping
All of our orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and First Class Mail. Shipments are sent out on a daily basis.

YourSash works on a 5-point quality check on every order. Whether you are ordering 100 sashes or 1, we'll treat your order with the respect and attention it deserves.

Standard Orders

All orders will be shipped in 2-3 weeks via USPS Priority Mail.

Rush Orders

Rush Orders can be completed within 7-10 working days and then are shipped out via USPS Priority Mail.

If You Need Your Order In Hand Within 10 Days, please contact us immediately with order information (Sash Color, Trim/Embroidery Color, Writing on the Left, Writing on the Right, Order Deadline & Order Quantity).

Quality Assurance

At YourSash we pride ourselves on being a leader in the customized sash and stole industry. On all orders, we have our quality check system in place helps us assure that you receive your order correctly and on time.

Return Policy

Specially ordered items (personalized and custom sashes) cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless:
A) There were errors made by us in relation to the specifications you ordered or
B) Defective upon delivery.

You must contact us within 72 hours from the time the merchandise is received.

The Staff of YourSash.com and Define3 reserve the right to determine the validity of a complaint.

Terms of Use

I understand because monitors are configured differently, the color of the sash, embroidery, or trim I see on screen may differ slightly from the final product.
On-screen representations and graphics are for visualization purposes only. Embroidery spacing may vary on the final product.
Final font selection and sizing is up to the discretion of the Staff of YourSash.com.
